The employees were very rude and unprofessiona... read more I stopped by for a cup of coffee at 4 a.m., but the staff overreacted because the door was supposed to be locked. The employees were very rude and unprofessional. The burgers were extremely dry, making them hard to enjoy. This is not the Whataburger I remember from my younger days—I’m 68. Also, the dining room hours on the door were difficult to read. I won’t be coming back.

That said, I’d prefer In-N-Out, Shake Shack, or Five Guys over Whataburger. It doesn’t quite belong in the same category.

However, the staff is very nice and friendly, which is a definite highlight. Despite the occasional missing food, the quality of what you do receive is quite good.
