**Restaurant Review: Whataburger Experience**
Despite its reputation, recent visits to this Whataburger location have been a mixed bag. While the friendly staff and efficient drive-thru service are commendable, issues such as locked doors during pick-up hours and inconsistent order accuracy have drawn criticism. Many patrons appreciate the quality of food, particularly the Jalapeño Burger and fries, but some lament missing items and occasional dryness in the burgers. Themes of dissatisfaction with staff attitudes also emerged, though management has made efforts to address such concerns. Overall, while the establishment shows promise, improvements could enhance the overall dining experience.

The drive-thru was excruciatingly slow, moving at a pace that felt longer than the legendary sleep of Rip Van Winkle.
The food was tasty, but it took 26 minutes for a single person to deliver our order. Overall, I had a pleasant dining experience.
It's not the worst restaurant I've been to, but I've experienced several occasions where items were missing from my orders, which meant I had to drive back to the window to request them. However, the staff is very nice and friendly, which is a definite highlight. Despite the occasional missing food, the quality of what you do receive is quite good.
This restaurant offers freshly prepared, hot meals and efficiently handles the double drive-thru line. The employees at the window consistently demonstrate a positive attitude. Although I rarely eat inside, I imagine the atmosphere reflects the friendly nature of the drive-thru team—everyone seems to be smiling! One of my favorite features of this place is that they always provide an ample supply of napkins in your takeout bag, without you even having to request them!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude service. The woman at the drive-thru yelled at me multiple times. Initially, she scolded me for pulling too far forward after I had already waited five minutes at the payment window without any help. Then, she yelled at me again because I wasn't close enough to the window, even though there was a line beneath my car that I couldn't see from where I was. To make matters worse, she practically tossed my food into the car and forgot to include one of the burgers we had ordered and paid for. All of this occurred after I had already waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru.
