I'... read more This is a must for you fried chicken lovers. The food at Tumble22 is well-executed southern cuisine. The chicken is cooked so perfectly and seasoned so well. I'm a huge fan of spicy food and Tumble22 does not disappoint with its heat levels. I always hostupid hot and love it.

Only complaint was the breast was a little over cooked. A little dry. Other than thatit’s def in my top fave 3 places to go!

While I love the fried chicken at this location and appreciate the creative twists added to new menu items, I unfortunately had a poor experience my last time o... read more While I love the fried chicken at this location and appreciate the creative twists added to new menu items, I unfortunately had a poor experience my last time ordering take out at the Lake Austin location. Around lunchtime I ordered two 3 piece bonelessthighs for me and a friend, one with a mac and cheese side and the other with a side of collard greens. When I got home I foundout that not only was I charged for fries instead of collard greens (a $1 up charge), I didn’t even have a side for my orderand only received a mac and cheese side. I ended up returning to the restaurant to request my side back, which they offered tome as well as refunding the difference in prices in the sides. I still had to use my own gas money and time to return to therestaurant a second time, which was extremely inconvenient. These two mistakes should never have happened and I am hesitant torecommend this restaurant to friends if this is the quality of service provided to take out orders. I would love to give thislocation a second chance but I would need to have confidence that my order will be fulfilled accurately in the future. Their chicken is hands down the best I hav... read more Visiting my UT student from Dallas and she said that she and her friends go here at least once a week. I can see why! Their chicken is hands down the best I have ever had. That says a lot coming from someone who used to work for KFC international andhas had hot chicken from all over the world. Beans were great. Dirty fries were delicious! I also had the Blood Orange Margaritaand it was really good too. Server was attentive and very nice. HIGHLY recommend!
