This is a tiny place with a nice feel. The food is very tasty and everything is fresh and well prepared. The chocolate cake was amazing and if i could eat just that i would. Service was good and we took our time ordering and enjoying our meal.Food: 5/5
I actually have a hard time believe this place can have anything less than 4.5 stars because I had such a great time eating outside here... and I usually HATE eating outside.Maybe it's because the catch of the day was scallops over orzo and was cooked to perfection? Maybe it was that my waiter had great drink recommendations and was attentive and punctual? Or maybe it was the beautiful scenery, hedges, and powerful fans to make me not feel weird wearing a long sleeved bolero in the middle of May? I'm not sure, but I haven't had scallops that good since Seattle. It's a bit pricey here, but grabbing a pizza which is about half the cost of an entree is easily serviceable for 1-2 people. The cocktails are all a flat $15 which makes picking a drink so much more enjoyable, and of course the bakery... well.... Tiny's Milk and Cookies is the only place in Austin that I consider a better chocolate chip than Tiff's. And if you're thinking of getting a side salad, you'll be happy with how good the dressing is!Such a cute place to have a brunch, lunch, or dinner!
