Thundercloud Subs - Austin

So disappointed. This was a way to go to college and have been back for many years, but have never had a sandwich. Had the hot pastrami as usual and it was just terrible. Meant smelled and tasted strange. Potatoes in potato salad were hard and no spices.

I hate paying sandwiches, but the NY Italian is just too good. I love his spicy beauty. To add a jalapeno, it really does. If you've never been here, Thundercloud is cheap, fast and good. You also serve Pepsi products, so it is one of the few restaurants where you can get Mountain Dew to your meal.

Tasty bottoms, but sometimes they are very sloppy when they are made, soggy bread, torn apart, not even a closed sandwich. Staff sometimes seem like they don't like their job and want to leave ASAP. It is 4 o'clock, they close at 6 and this is my dining environment: (not very welcoming)

An Austin classic. Long before the commercialization of the"keep Austin weird"movement, t-clouds was keepin it real. The cali club is amazing. The staff is uniquely Austin'ish. If u r new to town, an old times or just visiting, give it a try

Overload for veggies and double charge for bacon. Service was brusk and aloof. I don't know if it's due to the proximity to campus, but would it kill these people to put some effort into their jobs? They look like it's an inconvenience for them to make sandwiches. Worst TCloud location in the city.
