Tried to charge me for a cup of water, because of the high schoolers . I was already checked out fully when I asked, and as far as I am concerned, this is my line in the sand. Charging for water is the most stingy thing imaginable, and terrible service besides. I guess I just won 't go to this location anymore.
I ordered from here for the second time, and it was disappointing! The food lacked flavor and was not made correctly—this has happened both times! I spent $22 on a terrible sandwich and stale chips. I really dislike this restaurant; it's just not good!
This was the best veggie delight I've ever had, and I've been going to ThunderCloud for 15 years! This was my first visit to the ?house? location, but it definitely won't be my last! Thank you for preparing our sandwiches with that special ThunderCloud love that makes them taste so amazing! I'm really glad we decided to stop by on a rainy and muddy afternoon!
