This is my second time ordering from here and I am extremely disappointed. The food was tasteless and poorly prepared. I spent $22 on a bad sandwich and stale chips. I cannot recommend Thunder Clouds to anyone as my experience was terrible. View all feedback.
Thundercloud subs is a great sub shop. This was my first time to visit this location. It’s funky and they have a lot of fun ACL posters on the wall. There are several parking spots behind the store. I usually stick with their veggie delight. This time I tried nada chicken and it was only ok.
Want slow service? Come here! My online order was supposed to be done 3:10. Ok, they’re busy i get it… but for me to stand there and watch her make 2 sandwiches from 3:10-3:50PM is INSANE. it shouldn’t take 40 mins to knock out 2 sandwiches STRAIGHT FROM THE MENU!!!!!!!!!
Usually come here for my lunch break, but I will have to stop since their most recent price increases. My $8 meal is now $10. %25 price
