I spent $22 on a terrible sandwich and stale chips. I really dislike this restaurant; it's just not good!

This was my first visit to the ?house? location, but it definitely won't be my last! Thank you for preparing our sandwiches with that special ThunderCloud love that makes them taste so amazing! I'm really glad we decided to stop by on a rainy and muddy afternoon!

I asked if I could l... read more I had an amazing experience today. When I placed my order online, I wasn’t able to leave a tip, and I didn’t have cash when I picked it up. I asked if I could leave a cookie as a tip instead, but since it was under a dollar, they couldn’t charge my card for it. The staff member kindly told me not to worry about the tip and gave me the cookie for free. It was so refreshing to meet someone so generous! Since it was Friday, I decided to treat myself to two cookies, mostly so I could leave a tip. The hardworking staff truly deserve recognition. The person working around 3:15 PM on January 28, 2022, was fantastic. Plus, the sandwich and cookies were absolutely delicious!

I was already checked out fully when I asked, and as far as I am concerned, this is my line in the sand. Charging for water is the most stingy thing imaginable, and terrible service besides. I guess I just won 't go to this location anymore.
