I love the eggsalad with avocado, a splash of the thundercloud dressing, cream cheese, salt and pepper, white footlong bread. Heaven! For a drink I had some 1/2 sweet tea. Perfect! I seldom get thechance to get to Austin. I hoped it was as good as the last time I had it. Absolutely, even better! Keep it up!

Basically it's good food, but don't expect that this will be a quick in and out because they can't handle their business properly. There is no sense of urgency and they don't care.

They can get quite busy and can be up to 25/30min for even just 1 sandwich--the online orders definitely gets them backed up which is out of their control. Once in a blue moon a 'newbie ' will completely screw up your order, but nothing that should be world ending. It 's a sandwich...not a 5 star luxury restaurant

My wife always opts for the NY Italian, while I usually go for the Office Favorite, but this time I tried the new Ladybird sandwich. It was OMG delicious! Recently, I came home and put a classic club sandwich on the kitchen counter, but when I stepped away for a moment to let my dog in, her brother quickly jumped up and took the sandwich off the counter. When I went back to Thundercloud to ask for a replacement because the dog had gotten my sandwich, they kindly made me a new one and, despite my attempts to pay, insisted on giving it to me for free. This is the kind of friendly service, delicious food, and commitment to hygiene that you'll find here.

The sandwich chefs put great care into building each experience. I love the additude of the staff especially when it's busy. Always worth the small wait. I'm definitely looking forward to my fourth sandwich. The fritz pie was an unexpected delicious cheap light meal. Thanks for putting that on the menu. Great job Thundercloud!!! I will be back often. I absolutely love egg salad with avocado, a dash of seasoning, cream cheese, salt and pepper, all served on a white footlong bread. Wow! For my drink, I had half sweet tea, and it was just perfect! I don’t often get a chance to visit Austin, and I was hoping the food would be as good as my last experience. It was even better! You definitely need to check this place out!

Not long ago I got home and set the classic club on the kitchen counter, then for just a bit I went to let a dog in, in seconds flat her brother jumped up and snatched the sandwich to the floor. When I returned to Thundercloud with a request for a replacement sandwich because the dog got it they graciously made me a new one and despite my protestations refused to charge me for it. That 's the kind of nice folks, good food, and also, attention to hygiene you 'll find here.
