It included cream cheese, avocado, sprouts, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, mushrooms, and black olives on wheat bread. Despite claims of freshly baked bread, it came from a large transparent plastic bag, which made it seem less fresh. The sandwich was served cold and not toasted, with only salt and pepper as the dressing, which made it taste somewhat bland, similar to Jimmy John’s. I appreciated the cream cheese, but the overall flavor profile was lacking without additional dressing options. The provolone cheese added some richness, but it didn’t quite elevate the sub to the level I expected. Having been accustomed to the variety of dressings and bold flavors available at Subway, this sub felt underwhelming in comparison. It seems this place caters more to American tastes, favoring simpler, milder flavors. While the quality of ingredients was decent, the sub didn’t stand out enough to make me want to return. I was hoping for a more flavorful and satisfying experience. Overall, I’d rate it 3.5 stars for the good ingredients but lack of flavor variety and fresh presentation. It was an okay experience, but not one I’m eager to repeat.

The sandwich chefs put great care into building each experience. I love the additude of the staff especially when it's busy. Always worth the small wait. I absolutely love egg salad with avocado, a dash of seasoning, cream cheese, salt and pepper, all served on a white footlong bread. Wow! For my drink, I had half sweet tea, and it was just perfect! I don’t often get a chance to visit Austin, and I was hoping the food would be as good as my last experience. It was even better! You definitely need to check this place out!

They can get quite busy and can be up to 25/30min for even just 1 sandwich--the online orders definitely gets them backed up which is out of their control. Once in a blue moon a 'newbie ' will completely screw up your order, but nothing that should be world ending. It 's a sandwich...not a 5 star luxury restaurant

My wife always opts for the NY Italian, while I usually go for the Office Favorite, but this time I tried the new Ladybird sandwich. It was OMG delicious! I had the avocado on the side for her, and Aaron kindly offered mustard and mayo as well. The jalapeños and chicken salad were amazing! Apologies for the pictures—I had already dug in."

Recently, I came home and put a classic club sandwich on the kitchen counter, but when I stepped away for a moment to let my dog in, her brother quickly jumped up and took the sandwich off the counter. When I went back to Thundercloud to ask for a replacement because the dog had gotten my sandwich, they kindly made me a new one and, despite my attempts to pay, insisted on giving it to me for free. This is the kind of friendly service, delicious food, and commitment to hygiene that you'll find here.
