When this spot was Greater Goods I enjoyed it but ever since it changed the staff is not friendly or knowledgeable about coffee. The baristas were rude when I asked about recommendations. Specifically the barista with blonde short hair. They were not helpful and seemed like they knew nothing about coffee. They seemed irritated the entire time and said this isn 't Starbucks when I simply asked if they had anything similar to a shaken espresso. Matter fact none of the baristas seemed like they were happy, it was like they all hated talking to people.. the whole point is to make it a welcoming atmosphere. It 's still a cute spot but for the service and 4 latte options it 's not worth it anymore. Coffee selection is low and the menu is mostly alcoholic drinks now. Seems to be converting to a bar music club vibe, restrooms really reflect that. It 's very dirty and there was no paper or soap. It 's also overpriced, a $10 coffee the size of a water cup. Service: 1
This used to be my go-to coffee shop when it was Greater Goods but it feels like it’s really gone downhill in the last few months. They’re sometimes out of standard things (like matcha and light roast coffee), the servers are less friendly, and getting my coffee takes an unusually long amount of time. The atmosphere remains nice: accessible outlets, reliable internet, indoor and outdoor seating. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
