The Onion - Austin

It can be drunk on the 6th. street, but this pizza is perfect even if you are cold sober stone. I usually go to lunch for two reasons; I'm fat, and there's nowhere else in downtown to get a lunch for $6.

All my friends and family know what my favorite pizza is, because I take them all there every time Im craving pizza, and they All have the same experience. The pizza is so tasty,the perfect texture, the right amount of cheese and sauce. All the ingredients that has you wanting more. A few times I had got 3 slices of pizza and went home, then drove back to get a few more slices lo… I’ve been going for years now, and even though it’s a mile away, I just wish they opened up another “The Onion” on the east side lol. So many great pizza places in Austin, but none of them are as good and flavorful as the onion. I’m a regular customer now and I can’t believe how long it has taken me to write a review. I have constantly talked highly about this pizza joint, and many of my friends and family have tried it out themselves. The onion knows me each time I go in, and they make my experience even better by our little talks, and I always mention how much I just love their pizza!!! Anyway, go try it yourself. The Best of the Best Pizza in Austin!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Excellent soundtrack, excellent pizza, excellent customer service! Shout out to Drew for one of the best pizzas I've ever had!

Best pizza in Austin. The taste is delicious, the sauce has the perfect amount of spice and the pizza is always hot and ready. Dont get discouraged by the line, the line moves quickly and is 100% worth the wait. The customer service is a hit or miss tho, the guy at the counter has his days.

The Onion pizza is a must-try for any pizza lover. The crust is perfectly crispy and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. The onions, of course, are a standout ingredient and add a great depth of taste to the pizza. The sauce is also delicious, with just the right balance of sweetness and acidity. Overall, a great pizza experience. Highly recommend!
