If you want some of the best Thai food you've ever had, try the Lucky Belly food truck. Their pad thai is amazing. They have this dry red chili and garlic spice that is great. Two sisters operate this food truck, and they always seem to be smiling. Their food truck is currently parked in the Passing Time food park on 1431. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! Yum! This is a go-to regular spot, brusselsprouts are special, with a tang and crunch, and pineapple fried rice and the curries on a typical order. The chef/proprietor is a little gruff...but fun to win over.
