Sweet Treets Bakery - Austin

I placed a custom order for a special occasion and spent the past week communicating with the bakery to ensure every detail was correct. However, on Saturday, they sent me an email stating for the first time that the payment cutoff was that same day. Unfortunately, I am in a different time zone. I quickly replied, explaining the reason for my one-day delay, but received no response. On Monday, I followed up with another email to inquire about the payment method, hoping they would accommodate me given our previous discussions and my loyalty. Instead, they turned down my request for my order. While I understand the need for policies, exceptions can and should be made for loyal customers. I initiated this process last week, and now I find myself without a custom cake for my upcoming special event. This has left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. Businesses should recognize that excellent customer service is essential for their success.

Sweet Treets did an incredible job with our wedding cake. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, including limited tasting options, they truly exceeded our expectations. From the tasting experience—which was tough to navigate due to the amazing selections—to the cake selection process and the delivery on the big day, we have nothing but fond memories thanks to Sweet Treets. Every guest savored their slice (some even enjoyed two because it was that good). We are immensely grateful to the entire team who helped make our day so special. We can't wait to celebrate each anniversary with a piece of cake and many more sweet moments. Thank you again, Sweet Treets. Highly recommend—10/10!

Sweet Treets truly exceeded our expectations with our cake. We ordered both a traditional wedding cake and a groom's cake, and guests couldn't stop asking us if it was actually cake because it looked so realistic. It was definitely one of the highlights of our wedding! We also had some bite-sized desserts, which our guests raved about and couldn't get enough of. Thank you, Sweet Treets, for making our special day so memorable!

On our wedding day, while we were preparing, our wedding coordinator informed us that the Sweet Treets delivery vehicle had been in a serious accident, getting T-boned and flipping over with two people and five wedding cakes inside, including ours. Thankfully, everyone was alright, but the cakes were unfortunately ruined through no fault of Sweet Treets. As our wedding was just hours away, we braced ourselves to settle for grocery store cakes, which would have been a disappointment. However, Sweet Treets miraculously recreated a gorgeous and delicious four-tier cake and the half sheet cake at the last minute. They truly went above and beyond for us, turning a crisis into a wonderful outcome on our wedding day. We look forward to being loyal customers for many years to come!

I want to thank Sweet Treets Bakery and the entire team for the amazing and outstanding job on my daughter’s UT graduation cake with a Tower! It’s was an absolutely a stunning cake that my daughter and my family were very impressed. Received a lot of attention and compliments on the cake from my family and even the restaurant staff. So many pictures were taken of the cake. It tasted so DELICIOUS!! Thank you Sweet Treets Bakery for making my daughter graduation day very special.
