This restaurant is not very connected to OpenTable, and none of the details provided, including the menu, are accurate. Additionally, parking costs at least $20. View all feedback.
Loved the service. rom the person that received us to the one that prepared the omelettes. The person who was assigned to table was amazing. Really care about providing excellent service. Even after we were done and taking pictures outside SWB everyone was nice and trying to help us. Thank you!
Ben was a great server. Redfish tacos were super. Great place for a Christmas lunch.
Great food but brunch is overpriced for the venue and service. We had Thanksgiving Brunch here and breakfast the next morning. The spaces are small and service is poor. Views of downtown and the river are great. Likely will not go back.
We went for Thanksgiving Brunch. Rumor was, we weren't in the normal space because it was under construction. I hope that is true and next year will be back to how awesome it used to be. This was our third year going and the event was held on the 17th floor instead of the much larger space on ground level. We were herded through the small halls and elevators like cattle, with lots of line waiting. All the buffet food was in one room while all the tables were crammed in another small room. I'm thankful we weren't the poor folks stuck at the first table by the very small opening where everyone was going back and forth from the food room to the tables room. There seemed to be less food options on top of all of this; while it tasted great, the variety wasn't as wide as past years. My kids also missed having the craft tables outside the dining hall and the much larger dessert table w/take home candy bar. I think this year's even was worth maybe $50 a person, not the $80+ we paid.
This was our second time doing Thanksgiving brunch at the Hyatt. Two years ago, the brunch was on the second floor, in a much larger area, with more buffet options (even a kids area and kids buffet), a **** Mary bar and so much more. It was also cheaper 2 years ago. This year, while the view on the 17th floor was nice, the room was extremely tight and there weren’t nearly the food options as before (especially desserts). Check in was cumbersome. We were disappointed especially given the higher price. My family actually said we would rethink having brunch here again on a holiday in the future. Bummer...we had hoped to have the same nice experience as a couple of years ago! I hope they reconsider going back to what they had done before.
