Swb The Hyatt Regency Austin

We had a reservation for 12:30 PM on Sunday, but when we arrived, we were informed that the restaurant was closed due to the SWB closure order. It's baffling how they could take reservations for a time when the restaurant isn't open. After that, the host suggested we go to Marker 10, but unfortunately, the food there wasn't very good either.

There were very few people there. We visited on my birthday and tried the fajitas, which were delicious. I hope to return someday.

Loved the service. of the person who prepares us to the one who prepares the omelette. the person assigned to the table was amazing. it is really important to offer excellent service. even after we were finished and made photos outside the swb, everyone was nice and tried to help us. Thank you!

Very nice place to celebrate Father's Day with our children and grandchildre

Booked reservation thru Open Table a week before my son 's birthday at SW Bistro. Literally 30minutes before, I received a call from SWB saying they decided to close early due to slowness therefore my reservation was cancelled. What a horrible way to handle a kids birthday reservation! No apology, invite back or dessert offering to compensate and no communication from Open Table still other than this review. Would never attempt to use/go to Open Table and/or SWB again or recommend to anyone else!
