What Massiel velazquez dislikes about Subway:
I placed an online order at 10:24, and by 10:30, the restaurant was bustling with 14 customers. Around 10:40, the app indicated that my order was ready, but when I checked in, I found that they hadn't even started it. They served everyone else's orders first, and mine was left until last. Visited on 7/9/23. One employee. Poor guy had to deal with long line, and delivery orders. The owners/managers get an F grade. The kind fella busting his @ss, yet still being friendly and apologetic deserves sainthood and a brand new car from the owner. I should have asked him his name to give him the recognition he deserves. Most people would have quit or had a bad attitude with what was dealt to him as a result of poor management decisions.
