Th... read more The first time I came here (12:30-1pm) the brisket was so soft, it melted in your mouth. I?m not a big fan of brisket but this place definitely put me on it. This time that we went (11am) the brisket was not as fresh and was definitely tougher. Theyprobably just served us the brisket from the night before. Still tasted good, though. My absolute favorite thing to get here isthe Serrano glazed Brussels sprouts. They?re SO good, and it makes me feel like I?m eating healthy even though I just scarfeddown 1/3lbs of meat. We (2 of us) shared the 3 meat plate, it comes with 2 sides. We got pulled pork, brisket, and originalsausage, with Mac and cheese and glazed Brussels. We both ordered a beer as well. We paid $35 total for both of us. It was somuch food we took what we couldn?t finish home.

The latter was a little cold and lost its juices, but the ribs were amazing! What most surprised me were the sides, the potato salad was perfect and the brusselsprouts were simply incredible! The staff was fast but somehow I found them a little grumpy and not as friendly as otherplaces. First, no smiles and as much attention. I asked for a recommendation and the guy didn?t seem to friendly to respond me,which made me repeat myself to clarify. Small details that don?t matter as much but I?m sure everyone can relate to get a feelof how the service is. Nonetheless, I?d recommend it for the food. Amazing!

I wasn?t that hungry, so didn?t sample as much as I usually do. I wish I had tried the beef rib, but the spare ribs didn?t let me down. Very tender anddelicious. The brisket was on point , asked for a fatty cut. Passed the pull test and was juicy. I?m not one that usually getssides, but today I tried the potato salad and Brussels sprouts. Potato salad was very good, no complaints, but the sprouts areamazing, if you?re into greens. Used Lances BBQ sauce and it was not necessary, but also added to the experience. I?ll be back! Highly recommend this place. Come out and support your local businesses and avoid chains!

The BBQ source does not have the typical strong sweet and smokey flavor that tends tooverpower the meat flavor; instead it?s light, low key with a fresh tomato touch to it that complements so well with the BBQ.Love Brussels sprouts too! Well seasoned with a little touch of spiciness, perfect for the pallets. Mm mm yummmmmmy!

Got everything I wanted without crazy long lines like at some other places. Good service, I got my food within minutes and great food. I got brisket, turkey, with potato salad and Mac. I loved their potato salad! The flavors were unlikeany others I?ve had before. Coke and banana pudding for dessert. Pudding was a little on the sweeter side but still good. I?lldefinitely be coming back!
