After I finish it, I refill that large cup with water... read more I 've been ordering the same drink from Starbucks everyday for the last 10 years: Venti Iced Black Coffee. After I finish it, I refill that large cup with water, and drink it for a few more hours. All day I have this big ol ' Starbucks cup, and only THIS Starbucks finally made my experience better with a truly unique idea... AFFIRMATIONS. The barista, Hannah, would write something positive like, Have a Wonderful Sunday! or Have an Awesome Day! on the lid of my cup, sometimes draw a nice flower or stars, and it has been a very nice touch! My co-workers even asked about it after seeing several Starbucks cups in the trash can next to my desk with positive messages on them. They think it 's awesome, and wish their Starbucks starting doing this too! Thanks you so much for all these years of great coffee

They always brighten my day with... read more I absolutely adore this place and the staff. They know me by name and remember our drinks, even when I'm not in the best mood. They always brighten my day with little messages on my cup and promptly solve any issues that may arise. They are incredible and I visit them every morning. My name is Ashley and as soon as they hear my voice, they all greet me with a cheerful "Hiiiiiiiiiii." I love them.

I come here very often and it doesn’t matter what time of the day or who is working the drive thru, the service is always incredible. Every person at this location cares about their customer and takes their time to ask about your day and put a smile on your face. They have always gotten my drink right the first time regardless of how long the line is ahead of me, which on another note this line moves at lightning speed! Service is great and I will continue to come here regularly to get my caffeine fix.
