Starbucks - Feedback

What Maria Sabrina Williams doesn't like about Starbucks:
Yeah this Starbucks is bad. I?ve had multiple problems with them because of inconsistent staff. It doesn?t matter what I?m ordering they usually have a way of messing it up. The only reason I go here is because it?s the closest to me. Today I went in and they *again* did my matcha latte half foam, half latte. I try to patronize independent coffee shops or make coffee at home, however, Starbucks is the best alternative when those options are not available. I ordered the largest iced coffee and a brownie (which are decadent and delicious). They were out of brownies. Understandable, since it was late afternoon. When I got to the window, was told they were out of iced coffee. But, they subbed another drink for the same price.... View all feedback.
