Starbucks - Austin

This is my favorite Starbuck ever and not because of the coffee. The staff here is really the best. Most Starbucks have terrible service but these guys are awesome every single time. Treat them well! Don't take your caffeine addiction out on them!

Yeah this Starbucks is bad. I?ve had multiple problems with them because of inconsistent staff. It doesn?t matter what I?m ordering they usually have a way of messing it up. The only reason I go here is because it?s the closest to me. Today I went in and they *again* did my matcha latte half foam, half latte. I was the only one in the drive thru and it was ready by the time I got to the window. Which I appreciate but I would rather have it done right then done fast. Please teach your staff correctly and hold them accountable. They?re very nice people but don?t usually get anything right. Take some tips from down the road at the south shore location. Their staff always care and I?ve never had a problem with them.

I try to patronize independent coffee shops or make coffee at home, however, Starbucks is the best alternative when those options are not available. I ordered the largest iced coffee and a brownie (which are decadent and delicious). They were out of brownies. Understandable, since it was late afternoon. When I got to the window, was told they were out of iced coffee. But, they subbed another drink for the same price. No problem, these things happen. The staff was friendly and apologetic. I will get a brownie another day.

Sometimes you just need a good coffee fix to start the day, and this location delivers just that ! I have had Lizette take care of me at the drive-thru window multiple times, and she is the sweetest! The staff handles the rush very well, and drinks always come out tasting so good !
