This restaurant serves the best snow cone! I absolutely adore the flavor, which consists of tiger blood and high time cake syrup. My only suggestion would be to offer condensed milk as an option, which would take the snow cone to the next level of deliciousness!
We typically frequent another popular shaved ice spot on 51st Street, but lately, the quality has been declining due to being so busy. That's why we decided to give Snowbola a try. This place is fantastic, far superior to Casey's. All of their syrups are homemade. I ordered the tropical punch flavor and my wife got the high-time cake. They were hands down the best shaved ice we've had in years. You'll be missing out if you don't try some right now.
The woman who assisted us was absolutely lovely and as kind as can be. I have visited this restaurant around six times now and have been delighted each time with a delicious, appetizing new dish. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
Such a cute place with a fantastic owner. Puts a fun and almost culinary twist in the snowball. So yum!
