Such a cool little hidden bar. Truly a modern day spoke as we knew where he was and had a little problem finding it. The bartenders are really craftsmen of trades as they were very familiar with the different cocktails they have made, even some from the menu, and spent the time through all the questions we had. Was excited for the linguistic experience of Small Victory, the entry was hidden and had a great effect. Unfortunately, once in the facility was disappointed by customer service, we waited 15mins on a server to take our orders and once the drinks arrived, they were best marginal. There's no shortage of places to get your drink in in Austin. Small Victory isn't one where the party happening. It is where you'll find a kick ass cocktail with equally kick ass bartenders. A must go-to bar for people who appreciate booze and all the sexy things you can do with it.
100% amazing. Great cocktails and fantastic service! Love the decor and obsessed with the concept. Met my boyfriend here, cannot imagine a better place to lounge out with an delicious drink.
I used to come here in the 70's and 80's when it was the burger joint, Mike's Pub. One of my 30-something friends recommended it recently. I really like what they have done with that tiny space. Cool vibe. Good service. I live in Dallas now but I'll be back often.
This place is a drinking person's palace. Their shelves are stocked with spirits that any respectable alcoholic is going to consider worthy of liver destruction. I mean that in the most honorable way possible. If I lived in Austin all of my desposable income would be spent exploring their inventory.
I can't say enough good things about this bar. It's still one of my favorites in the country. Perfection when it comes to my martini and service is always front and center. It will always be in my must go to list.
