I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars. I placed my order online, as the website so CONVENIENTLY offers, and selected the 8:43 PM pick up time. I ordered... read more I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars. I placed my order online, as the website so CONVENIENTLY offers, and selected the 8:43 PM pick up time. I ordered an hour in advance and paid for my order and got my confirmation email. I arrived at the location around 8:44 and they were closed! Online ordering should not be available if the location is closed. Also some updated hours of operation would be nice. I contacted the Burnett location asking whether the location was permanently closed or if they could advise me on what to do the only for them to tell me “sorry we don’t have anything to do with that location. We just have the same owner. People who order online at this location get their food.” Extremely disappointed. Hopefully I’m about to get a refund without having to go though my bank.

Looked it up here on yelp again tonight, said it was open unti... read more Well where to start....we drove by and saw this place, looked it up and could not wait to try it. Looked it up here on yelp again tonight, said it was open until 9pm. Went to their website and it said they were open, so we placed an order for take out. The website allowed us to place the order, charged us for it and even sent a confirmation email. I left the house about 10 minutes after that to pick up the order only to get a text while pulling into the parking lot, which I did not read until I parked in front of the place which had all the lights out and was obviously closed?!?! Pretty disappointed that we not only did not get to try this but also drove there to pick up the order only to have it canceled and refunded.....yelp still says they are open tonight.....such a bummer :
