Most of the dishes I ordered were quite tasty, including the burrata, meatballs, garlic bread, and bibimbap. However, the Brussels sprouts fell short in terms of flavor balance. On the downside, the service was very slow; my family often found ourselves waiting for extended periods without any attention from the staff. We had to wait for water, appetizers, entrees, dessert, and even the bill. We tried to be patient, but it was frustrating to see the table next to us, who arrived after us, receive their orders much more quickly. Based on this experience, I likely wouldn’t return.

The menu features an intriguing blend of Italian and Asian dishes. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly as we requested. However, the ambiance could use some improvement; our group of eight was seated near the Asian kitchen, where the bright lighting and decor felt mismatched with the stylish and subdued atmosphere of the main dining area. Despite this, I will definitely return—this is one of my favorite hotels!

It felt like... read more The food was decent; I ordered the margherita pizza while my boyfriend had the pappardelle bolognese. However, my main issue was with the service. It felt like the entire staff was ignoring us. A special mention goes to Carlos, who neglected to check on us for a solid 20 minutes! The other servers also walked by without acknowledging us. I've been a server for several years, and this level of service is quite unacceptable. There was one server who genuinely seemed to care, but unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. She was quite pleasant! The rest of the staff could really use some training in hospitality to improve their standards; it was frustrating to experience such disregard.

I also want to highlight Daniel, who is one of the best restaurant managers I've ever met. He was very attentive to my dietary needs and made sure there was clear communication with the chef. I will definitely come back to see Daniel again!
