Went to Pool Burger with some friends and colleagues. It was pretty good, parking is hard to find and for what you get prices are kind of expensive. Parking: Parking is very difficult, especially on a Saturday.
Best burger in Austin imo. Don’t miss out on the drinks either, walk up service. Simple and awesome. Bonus for the atmosphere.
Food isn’t bad, but the service is terrible. The FOH staff have no customer service skills. I’ve noticed the shorter brunette guy behind the bar speak condescendingly to multiple customers.

I visited on a Saturday night, and while it was busy, there was almost no wait at the bar. The DJ in the courtyard was fantastic. The food arrived quickly, and the burgers were absolutely delicious.
This is a fantastic spot for local burgers. However, I noticed that the prices are different from those listed on the website—they have increased by $1 to $3. The restaurant offers about 20 indoor seats, some of which are air-conditioned, as well as a few outdoor seating options and a small bar area. It’s a great local hangout, and I hope the new management doesn't disrupt the wonderful atmosphere.
