The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my food was prepared quickly and served hot. It was my first time dining here, but I will definitely be returning. The food was delicious and packed with flavor, and the chicken was juicy and tender. Thank you Pollo Regio, I will definitely be back!

Tonight we ordered the carne asada platter with their delicious rice and beans. For the first time, I noticed how much care they take to ensure that the food doesn't spill because all of the sauces and sides were wrapped in cling film.

The food is d... read more The service is really bad at this restaurant. I placed an online order and had to wait for over 30 minutes in the sun with no shaded area to wait. The food is decent, but I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are willing to wait more than 40 minutes for a single entree order.
