What Albina Sawayn dislikes about Picole:
The ice cream was delicious, I would recommend it 10/10. I visited the restaurant three times, with the first visit being wonderful. However, the second visit was disappointing as the staff did not offer the chocolate immersion option that was available during my first visit. When I asked about it, they informed me that it was no longer possible to do so. Despite this, I decided to give the restaurant another chance... View all feedback.
I tried a tequila-infused popsicle that was dairy and gluten-free. Initially skeptical, I found the taste to be very refreshing. The chili pepper added a nice kick that I enjoyed.
The restaurant needs to update their operating hours on Google. They are listed as closing at 11 PM on Saturdays, but they are never open past 10 PM. It seems like there is a lack of communication from the employees, as our attempts to reach out to management were ignored. It's important for businesses to listen to feedback in order to improve. I do not want to visit a restaurant that does not value their customers' input. I hope they take this suggestion to heart and make positive changes to enhance their business.

However, the second visit was disappointing as the staff did not offer the chocolate immersion option that was available during my first visit. When I asked about it, they informed me that it was no longer possible to do so. Despite this, I decided to give the restaurant another chance and went back for a third visit. This time, I had a great experience with a different server who was very pleasant. Overall, the service at the restaurant varied depending on the staff present, but my last visit was enjoyable.
The hours on here are not accurate. It says they open at 11:00 but we went in around 11:45 and the employee said they aren't ready to open so we stopped by at 12:30 instead. The strawberry cheesecake popsicle was good though
