There’s no way to get a refund without reaching out to them directly, which is incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. It's disappointing that they don't keep their online ordering system up-to-date. I'd recommend avoiding this place for takeout since I can't speak to the quality of the food. I’m willing to remove this review once I receive my refund.

U... read more The restaurant was impressively clean and well-organized. We found parking in the garage and used the side stairs to enter through the side of the restaurant. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a staff member and placed our drink orders. While we waited for our smoothie and milk tea, we deliberated over our dinner choices. Despite being a group of eight, we anticipated a long wait for our food, but to our surprise, it arrived quickly, hot, and fresh.
