Panera Bakery offers a mixed experience with standout food quality but inconsistent service. Customers praise the fresh ingredients and tasty macaroni and cheese, soups, and sandwiches, making it a family-friendly choice, especially for children. Many appreciate the helpful, attentive staff and quick service during busy times. However, some patrons find portion sizes small for the price, and occasional customer service lapses, including unwelcoming attitudes and minimal staff interaction, have been noted. Issues like uneven bagel slicing and rising prices impact value perception. Overall, Panera remains a convenient and reliable spot, though price and service inconsistency may affect repeat visits.

Great food that is fresh and cheap. The benches are something to warn and have to be updated. The speed of the service has slowed down somewhat in recent years, but I'm worried that up to trouble getting full staff. A great place for lunch. Recommend the choice of two...Saladen are generous in size and the sandwiches are delicious, especially on the Ciabatta bread. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Panera Bread:
The Mac n cheese and the sandwiches taste great. The customer service was really not there, as none of the team members ever interacted with me and the atmosphere was as if I were in a pension home or a cheap hotel. Overall a beautiful experienceFood: 4/5 View all feedback.
Michelle and her manager Jerrod were incredibly helpful and thoughtful when we thought our high schooler had left his laptop behind last night. They offered to check the camera footage to help us figure out where it might be. Thankfully, we found the laptop! Plus, Panera is a very family-friendly restaurant, and our picky five- and eight-year-olds really enjoy their soups. The teens and adults also love the salads and sandwiches.
It's a pity that bread options are unavailable after 1 PM. This is likely due to their delicious items selling out early. However, if you're lucky, you might still find something available.
Panera Bread has been a favorite of mine for a long time. I appreciate the wide selection of sandwiches, soups, and other options they offer. One of the aspects I like most is the consistency of the food; you can always count on a fresh and delicious meal, whether you choose a sandwich, soup, or a combination of both. Their grilled panini sandwiches are also exceptional.
First time trying this and I'm blown away by how delicious it was! The online order process was very easy and my food was ready within 20 min. Panera just became a favorite
