Panera Bread - Austin

It's a shame that you can't get bread options after 1:00, of course, because they have delicious products that are ready early, but with luck you'll find something.

Michelle and her manager Jerrod were so helpful and thoughtful when we thought our high schooler left his laptop last night. They were ready to help us by looking at the camera shot to see where it can be. Fortunately, the laptop was found! In addition, Panera is a family-friendly restaurant and our Picky five and eight years old love their soups. The teenagers and adults love their salads and sandwiches.

Reliable food and service. Took about 15 minutes to get a large and complex order prepared, which seems like a reasonable amount of time

Great food that is fresh and reasonably priced. The seat benches are a bit warn and need updating. The speed of service has slowed down a bit over the past few years but I chalk that up to difficulty getting fully staffed. Overall a great place for lunch. Recommend the choose two...salads are generous in size and the sandwiches are delicious, especially on the ciabatta bread.

The Mac n cheese and the Sandwiches taste great. The customer service really wasn't there since none of the team members interacted with me at all and the atmosphere was like I was at a retirement home or a cheap hotel. Overall a fine experience
