Osaka Mansun - Austin

Best sushi in North Austin! Food quality is great, and everything tasted fresh and balanced. The only drawback was the service we went for dinner on a Friday night around 7pm during the dinner rush. I was surprised that the whole restaurant only had onewaitress. Our appetizers were forgotten and we were served our main course before appetizers. I could tell that beingunderstaffed was stressful for the server, but I would have expected better service for the price of the food. 2 apps 5 sushirolls and tip totaled $110. For the quality of the food I was happy to pay a higher price, but I was not impressed with theservice or timing of the food. I still recommend going and trying it out for yourself though! Food was phenomenal.

We tried this restaurant for the first time today and it was very good. They offer several Korean dishes along with Japanese food and sushi. It is pretty compact inside with a small sushi bar so it wouldn't be ideal for larger parties. We tried 2 rolls,a noodle dish and a Korean dish....all were delicious. Service was kind of slow because poor guy was by himself and runningaround doing everything including to-go orders. Besides that everything else was perfect.

Some local friends recommend this restaurant for their high quality sushi. Interestingly, they also offered Korean dishes on their menu. I thought the Korean dishes were not as authentic as from a Korean restaurant. Sashimi was very fresh and satisfying!

Japanese restaurant with a cozy interior. Food is good and service was great. The prices were just a bit high in my honest opinion.

My friend and I make sushi picnic night once a month. We try to select another sushi restaurant each time. Osaka was very good. When entering the restaurant they have a very quiet and welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed our evening eating sushi and watching a movie.
