Nespresso is great. Product and service. One thing I would change at their store front is allowing an “express check out” where those who just need to buy something quick that they already know, like espresso pods of their choice, can just check out quickly. View all feedback.
What Bee Bumble doesn't like about Nespresso Boutique Austin:
The girl with orange hair/bangs and face piercings was extremely rude and seemed like she hated the job. She kept purposely getting in our way while we were trying to look at the models because she was helping a customer. The workers here will treat you badly while you 're waiting even though we are also customers- Yet the whole time i was there i realized i was supposed to be put on a list when i walked in but wasnt... The staff is friendly and welcoming. They always assist me with my shopping needs. I appreciate that this store is dog-friendly, allowing me to bring my pet with me while I shop.
I give Bruce five stars for his outstanding service. As someone who's fairly new to Nespresso, I had a lot of questions, and he patiently and thoroughly answered every single one. His knowledge of the product was exceptional, and he even shared some personal tips on how he likes to prepare his Nespresso. It's refreshing to speak with someone who clearly uses the product regularly. Nowadays, it’s tough to find truly great customer service, but Bruce went above and beyond, providing the support I needed on a stressful day.
The staff member with orange hair and facial piercings was quite rude and seemed to dislike her job. She deliberately obstructed our view of the models while assisting another customer. It was frustrating to be treated poorly despite being customers ourselves. I also noticed that I should have been placed on a waiting list when I arrived, but that didn’t happen. Additionally, it seemed like if you didn’t fit their preferred demographic—specifically, being white and dressed in attire typical of people in their late 40s to 50s—you were treated differently. Unfortunately, this appears to be a common issue in Austin overall.
I had an amazing experience with Ashley! She provided a thorough explanation of all the machines, emphasizing their differences and features. I walked in with no knowledge about Nespresso and left feeling like an expert! In the end, I ordered a machine online and couldn't be happier with my choice.
This place was incredibly disappointing! As a long-time Nespresso user from Europe, I recently relocated to Austin and found that this is the only location in the city to purchase Nespresso capsules. However, they require you to wait for a one-on-one consultation with a sales associate just to buy the sleeves I’ve been enjoying for years. I was informed that I would need to wait 30 minutes to purchase a half dozen Costa Rican sleeves. I won’t be coming back.
