Sara in the front office is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Beautiful property in a place where you can't beat!

Moved into a 3 bedroom right after the winter freeze in February 2021. At first, the apartment looked really good. However, once we started having maintenance issues it took forever to get someone to come. At one point, someone told us to lie and say our kitchen was flooding to get someone to come quicker (it was on the verge of flooding). Management changed to Greystar at the end of December 2021 and we were given notice of this by a PIECE OF PAPER on our door. My 2 roommates and I were all out of town for a few weeks for Christmas and I came back for 24 hours to switch my stuff out and leave for another trip and found out I needed to pay rent with a check (which I didn't have) by the 4th of January which was before I was planning to be back by. Thankfully my roommate was able to pay for all of us, otherwise I would have dealt with a late charge for something that comes down to horrible planning on Greystars end. Also, the enamel in my bathroom shower was broken from the beginning, so the floor in it looked pretty dirty the whole year. My roommate and I spent HOURS trying to clean it throughout our lease. We used bleach, magic eraser markers, and prayers to ****. Nothing worked. In the end, we ended up getting charged for this even though it was a default of the apartment unit. I have heard nothing but horrible things about greystar management and experienced that same level of disrespect myself when moving out. Also, this apartment is not safe. My roommates and I got our cars broken into and someone tried to steal my bike off the railing in front of our unit (on the 4th floor). There isn't security or any attempt at safety. If you're a female, I would be concerned for your safety.

Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. I lived here for only two months, and the service was far from what was promised, especially considering the high rent I’m paying. There was minimal maintenance, and I experienced pipe bursts due to poor plumbing, which flooded my apartment. At this point, it might be better to stop paying the $4,000 a month for my apartment and just set it on fire instead of giving it to Grey Star. On the bright side, the location is good.

This place is fantastic! Sara was very understanding of the tight timeline for my roommate and me, and she made sure we were settled in just a few days. Now that I've been here for a little over a month, I can say I'm really enjoying my stay. The location is excellent, and I love that the gym is open 24/7. The property is well-maintained, and my overall experience has been wonderful so far. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again, Sara, for your prompt assistance!

I lived here for two years. The location was great, but everything else was not. My roommate's and I’s packages were stolen multiple times because they left them out in the mailroom. The garage is public, so, it’s shared with Equinox gym. So, even though you’re paying $50 a month to park there, you’re not guaranteed a spot. Plus, the likely hood of someone hitting your car is high. The walkways were disgusting, and so was the dog park. We had roach problems constantly and our AC went out often. They also charged us a full month of rent during the winter storm of 2021 even though we couldn’t live there due to no power or water for almost 2 weeks. For the price you pay, it’s not worth it.
