What Nick doesn't like about Mr Gatti's Pizza:
Called, was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Hung up, called back. Got a busy signal after a few rings.Waited 20 minutes, called. Repeat. Bug in a box of food already left a review so my rating is going to remain the same. Girl who checked me out had great customer service so I will say that. Overall I won’t order from the location I did ever again.
My wife makes me get it every time but it’s actually pretty decent.

CUSTOMERS, WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD RECEIPTS.I order pizza from Gatti's in Oak Hill, TX about twice a month. When I got my credit card statement, the charge on 6/20/2022 was 14.96 instead of 10.80. That is not much but it is a rip off. I called the store on 7/5/2022 at 8:25 pm and talked to McGill. McGill said that the extra amount was 1.99 for ranch dressing and 2.00 for a tip. Adding .16 tax, that is 4.15 which is the difference. McGill looked up my past orders and told me that I never order ranch dressing. McGill ask me to take a picture of the receipt and email it to his personal phone . I did that. McGill said he knew the charge was wrong (based on my order history) and he said a manager would call me the next day. No one called the next day, so I called back on 7/6/2022 at 8:34 pm. Arin said she would ask a manager to call me tomorrow. No one called the next day either, so my husband called on 7/7/2022 at 6:12 pm. Arin said she was a manager and she would ask Justin to call the next morning. My husband and I did not hear back from anyone so I called Gatti's in Oak Hill, TX (again) on 7/8/2022 at 2:30 pm and talked to Justin. I told Justin about all of the events above. Justin said he would talk to Tom (another employee) about getting a copy of the receipt since receipts are kept at the store for only 2 weeks. I ask Justin when I would hear back from someone. I had to ask 4 times and got no answer, not even a guess. I was trying to be nice. Justin was totally rude. I told Justin that my credit card bill is due in a few days and that I needed to get this resolved otherwise I would need to dispute the 6/20/2022 charge. At the end of our call, Justin told me this issue is closed and he will not help me anymore. My husband and I are so upset with Gatti's. I cannot believe Gatti's is being so ugly about 4.15. I bet I am not the only customer with this problem. This will surely hurt business. You will not see us back at Gatti's.
