We had half a pound of brisket (2 slices) and a bovine rib (about 0.8 pounds). The beef was very delicate and fleshy compared with Blacks. Brisket was about the same level of Rudy's, and some of it was dry and seasoned. Their smokey taste was relatively light (compared to Black's and Salt Lick). We came midday to Micklethwait and had a few people ahead of us in line but after placing our order, our food didn't come out for 40 mins. Being it's all pre smoked we were a bit surprised and so we're the people around us.
