Mcdonald's - Austin

The kind staff member, Lord, who assisted with housekeeping, took the time to check on the bathroom's cleanliness during my visit. I truly appreciated his friendliness and attention to detail! He deserves a raise!

It's alright; I wouldn't call it high-quality or gourmet, but it's fast and convenient. Since I'm following a keto diet, I appreciate that there are options available. Overall, I'd rate the food 2 out of 5.

The service is always incredibly fast, and the menu consistently offers excellent options. Food: 5/5

So Mcdonalds has not hired anything, but kids slow service, even the manager was a child that he always mixed orders the line was gone to the street, I think u guys should add some adults to the crews maybe service would be betterFood: 2/5

This is the second time I've walked over here around 9pm and this place is locked up. They're supposed to close at 10 for indoor dining but no, they lock the door and good luck getting anyone's attention. It's very annoying to walk down here an hour before closing and not being able to get anything, TWICE in a month. Taco Bell is next door, they stay open until 11, so they get my business I guess.
