I love Maudie's but was disappointed in my veggie fajitas on this experience. I love the fact that they add serranos to it, but I thought my fajitas would come on a sizzling plate like all other fajitas. My last experience at Maudies was disappointing too because they chose to leave the peppers out of something I ordered without asking me. View all feedback.
What Jordan Elke doesn't like about Maudie's Milagro:
The food is always really good here, but Y’all gotta do something about all of the flies flying around inside your restaurant. They carry diseases, and can make people get very sick. The fajita chicken and jalapeño ranch salad at Maudie’s was outstanding.
The enchiladas were made with Velveeta cheese, which was disappointing, and the Migas didn't impress either. On the bright side, the prices for the meals were quite reasonable.
This is the most flavorless Mexican food I've ever experienced. The chicken on my plate lacked any taste, almost like it had just been boiled, so I ended up leaving it untouched.
Delicious Tex-Mex food! Make sure to try a dish that features the chili con carne—it's truly amazing. Just a little advice: watch out and don't fill up on the complimentary chips and salsa!
The food, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant are always exceptional! I met a friend on a Friday at 4:30 PM, just before the dinner rush, and it was great to have so many tables available. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing, the food was delicious, and I really appreciated the gluten-free options available for my friend!
