Was Anonym at Loro a mag?
Highlights: The food was impressive! I particularly enjoyed the wonton chips as an appetizer; they had just the right amount of crunch. The fried corn fritters were outstanding—I couldn't stop eating them! The creamed corn was also tasty. The bo ssam was a highlight for me, served with lettuce wraps, and the char siu was unforgettable.
Drawbacks: I wasn't a big fan of the smoked salmon or the edamame dishes.

What Kb C dislikes about Loro:
Really enjoyed Loro in the past but the meat quality has recently changed. The chicken Malaysian bowl is cooked differently now with chicken thigh and very fatty. I couldn’t eat the chicken. My husband also said his brisket bowl tasted awful! These used to be our favorite dishes. We also used to enjoy the brisket and Thai popcorn. Not sure why it was removed off the menu. The salmon was amazing. I ordered 2! I loved the communal seating and the laid back atmosphere. Don’t let the line fool you. It moves quickly. The employees are very hospitable making the experience very memorable. I can’t wait to return.
I had high hopes for Loro, and I must say, it did not disappoint. The ambiance, food, and service were all exceptional. We ordered nearly the entire menu to share among the four of us, and every dish surpassed our expectations. They truly excel in their Asian barbecue fusion at Loro. The corn fritters, coconut-scented rice, snap peas, brisket, chicken, and steak were all fantastic—I was so eager to dig in that I didn't even have time to take photos of everything. I will definitely be back!
This restaurant is truly charming. It offers an amazing combination of Asian Fusion and Barbecue dishes. The cheeseburger is exceptional, and the drinks are both distinctive and delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. We've determined that this will be our favorite place for special occasions, all without breaking the bank!
Atmosphere was exceptional, great music, great vibes, and great people. They have so much space it's understandable why they do not have reservations. Do yourself a favor and try something different from their Asian BBQ Fusion. Each meat is moist, tender, and unlike any flavor you have tried before.
**Loro Cheeseburger: 3/5** This burger was decent, but it was poorly made. It was unbalanced, with all the cheese and onion jam piled on one side while the other side barely had any toppings. While it was a satisfactory burger, it didn't stand out. I would have preferred it cooked medium rare instead of well done, as it ended up quite dry—even with the aioli! I did enjoy the pickles that accompanied it. **Smoked Oak Salmon Bowl: 3/5** I genuinely enjoyed the salmon; it was perfectly cooked and had a delightful charred or smoky taste. Unfortunately, that was where my enjoyment stopped. The fish sauce was only average, and the dish was overwhelmingly tangy—it felt like there was too much citrus layered on. The rice soaked in yuzu sauce added more tartness, and the pickled vegetables underneath contributed to the tangy flavor. I believe that a bit more salt and spice, paired with less tang, would have greatly enhanced the dish. **Crispy Potatoes: 4/5** I really liked this dish! You can't go wrong with carbs, and the aioli was fantastic—definitely my favorite sauce there. I could dip almost anything into it. **Smoked Brisket: 3/5** [The review seems to lack details for the brisket, but it appeared to be another average experience.] Overall, I left feeling disappointed because the restaurant didn't live up to the high expectations created by the glowing reviews I had heard.
