Authentic Lebanese cuisine, literally everything is delicious on the menu!! The beef sauce is amazing, the chicken kebabs with the garlic sauce is excellent. You should try if you are looking for authentic Central Eastern cuisine. View all feedback.
What David Thompson doesn't like about Leyla's Kitchen:
Normally we get the food from there other truck, but it wasn't an option in Uber eats. So we got the chicken parmesan sandwich and Caprice salad. The thin breaded chicken was cooked so much pieces were to hard to eat. It was very dry, very little sauce. The salad had no tomatoes.. that's one of the main ingredients. Not happy at all... Honestly, the best Lebanese food I had not only in Texas, but in the USA. The Labneh sandwich and the Tabouleh are my lunch options, they are fresh and light. The staff is so friendly and warm. I can't recommend Leyla kitchen enough. Shukran kteer!
read moreHas to be by far, the best Lebanese food I've ever had! They obviously know exactly what they're doing. I'm so grateful to find a Lebanese restaurant out here! It is in such a cool spot not to mention, the owners are awesome and are great with recommendations, the chicken shawarma wrap the steak, lamb or chicken kebabs are TO DIE FOR! These are the kinds of flavors you expect and will make your taste buds dance with delight! 5 stars got to check it out!
read moreWhat a gem this place is. We pick up from here at least once a month (for 2+ years) chicken shawarma for me and gyro for my husband and it?s just leaps and bounds better than any similar cuisine I?ve had in the Austin or San Antonio area. It?s so, so good. We call ahead and pick up, which eliminates any wait especially in the summer months. Just awesome. And they are super nice too. Highly recommend!
read moreIt?s one thing to go to a restaurant or food truck and thoroughly enjoy the food that you order. It?s an entirely different experience to go to that same restaurant without realizing they?re closed, only to be offered the food that they made for themselves as they were preparing for the week ahead. Yet that?s exactly what happened, as I accidentally stumbled on one of the best meals I can remember enjoying recently. I don?t even know what to call it, but it was a perfectly balanced of savory spices and nourishing lamb and rice. I arrived at Leyla?s forgetting that these trucks are closed on Mondays. It was a long day. And I was tired. I didn?t want to cook and I didn?t know what I would if I wasn?t exhausted. I drove to the food trucks assuming I?d order a couple of slices of pizza only to find the windows were only open on Leyla?s kitchen. I?ve only ever ordered hummus from Leyla?s (have no idea why), but tonight they have just earned a lifetime customer. This meal was so delicious, buoyed by the fact that it was an off menu item offered to me even though I arrived there at a time when they weren?t open. That kind of hospitality doesn?t exist anymore. Even if the meal was sub par, I?d still write a raving review, but this meal was delicious. Do not hesitate for a moment. Order everything on the menu and tip well.
read moreAbsolutely delicious. First time here. Ordered the hummus, falafel, kibbie balls, and the gyro. Best gyro I have had in a long time. Highly recommend the kibbie balls too. Hummus and falafel did not disappoint. If you are anywhere nearby, and like Mediterranean food, go here!
