It seems as though the authentic taste has been lost. Furthermore, the vendors at the farmers market are often unfriendly and don't acknowledge you unless you clearly show interest in buying something. It's quite an unusual experience.

To make matters worse, there was no cauliflower in the dish. I'm not sure if I would want to try it again. On a positive note, the vendor was very kind and friendly.
