I ordered KFC for dinner tonight and had to wait in a long line of 12 customers. However, the line moved quickly thanks to the patience and efficiency of the manager and his team. They did an outstanding job and made sure every customer was satisfied. Thank you all! My food was really good and fresh.

I had the supervisor, or so... read more I will never return to this restaurant. I was really disappointed with the chicken I received; it looked like it had been shredded. I had the supervisor, or so I think, take a look at it, and she said it was fine and that it was just how the air fryer cooked it. She offered to replace it, and I even paid extra for breast meat, but I didn't receive any breast, and the pieces I got were very small. I can't believe this is KFC. The service was terrible. There was another customer who waited for his order, which was never processed, and when he asked for a refund, they returned his money but didn’t even apologize. What a disappointing experience!

They’re either out of dark meat or white meat, or they’re only accepting cash or only accepting credit cards. No matter what, there’s always an issue every time I go through the drive-thru. It would be great to visit this place and actually get what I want, but that never happens. They've definitely lost my business, though I doubt it matters to them. This has been an ongoing problem for quite a while, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has voiced their complaints.

The mat by the drink station was just covered in... read more This was one of the most disappointing visits I've ever had at a kfc. This place was just filthy on the inside. The mat by the drink station was just covered in mud and dirt tables weren't bused. The fry cook kept coming out hanging out with his girlfriend and then coming back to the line without washing his hands! I normally like to sit and eat in the restaurant. I definitely did not do that this time as the floors were sticky and they're really there's no place clean for me to sit down. There was hardly any customer foot traffic nor was there much drive thru . I ordered original recipe chicken without realizing I would actually get the first original piece of chicken made. This chicken was dry tough and just not good, mashed potatoes pretty good but you have to really try hard to screw that up! I don't want my money back I simply won't return to this location.
