I ordered KFC for dinner tonight and had to wait in a long line of 12 customers. However, the line moved quickly thanks to the patience and efficiency of the manager and his team. They did an outstanding job and made sure every customer was satisfied. Thank you all! My food was really good and fresh.

My order was incorrect, so I tried calling to see if I could just pick up the missing items at the door instead of going through the drive-thru again. However, their phone is disconnected. What a hassle!

The... read more Was here several times before and had problems with day personnel in the past. It has been returning for months in the hope of an improvement in this place. The staff was very helpful and quick to inform me that they were from some things. And brought me the food in time. But unfortunately the food quality was a great disappointment, the chicken breast had a funny taste and the corn had a taste of dirt like a can or something. I don't blame the young people who work on this place, I blame the management for this disappointment.

I had the supervisor, or so I think, take a look at it, and she said it was fine and that it was just how the air fryer cooked it. She offered to replace it, and I even paid extra for breast meat, but I didn't receive any breast, and the pieces I got were very small. I can't believe this is KFC. The service was terrible. There was another customer who waited for his order, which was never processed, and when he asked for a refund, they returned his money but didn’t even apologize. What a disappointing experience!
