Hello! I ordered KFC for dinner tonight and had to wait in a long line of 12 customers. However, the line moved quickly thanks to the patience and efficiency of the manager and his team. They did an outstanding job and made sure every customer was satisfied. Thank you all! My food was really good and fresh.
The customer service was disappointing. The dining room was closed, and they only allow one order per car. My order was incorrect, so I tried calling to see if I could just pick up the missing items at the door instead of going through the drive-thru again. However, their phone is disconnected. What a hassle!
I will never return to this restaurant. I was really disappointed with the chicken I received; it looked like it had been shredded. I had the supervisor, or so I think, take a look at it, and she said it was fine and that it was just how the air fryer cooked it. She offered to replace it, and I even paid extra for breast meat, but I didn't receive any breast, and the pieces I got were very small. I can't believe this is KFC. The service was terrible. There was another customer who waited for his order, which was never processed, and when he asked for a refund, they returned his money but didn’t even apologize. What a disappointing experience!
Location is very busy at lunch and some times is not fully staffed but they try their best. Food is still good.
I am really tired of visiting this restaurant and consistently being let down. They’re either out of dark meat or white meat, or they’re only accepting cash or only accepting credit cards. No matter what, there’s always an issue every time I go through the drive-thru. It would be great to visit this place and actually get what I want, but that never happens. They've definitely lost my business, though I doubt it matters to them. This has been an ongoing problem for quite a while, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has voiced their complaints.
