I'm so glad we discovered the Insennity... read more After visiting China earlier this year and enjoying jianbing from street vendors, I've really been craving it back home! I'm so glad we discovered the Insennity Food Truck during our recent trip to Austin. The vegetarian jianbing was perfect! I also appreciate being able to support a business owned by military veterans. I can't wait for another trip to Austin so I can have more!
