I placed my order using the app. Waited over an hour for my food. I called to ask and the guy in the told me he couldn 't find my apartment so he canceled my order he told me he would remake it and refund my money and he did none of those things.

We have order from the Braker location for years. We have ALWAYS had super fast delivery and delicious food. Tonight we ordered and again got super fast delivery. Unfortunately my sandwich was missing the turkey. I called them up and spoke to Tanner. He apologized and said that's really weird and immediately said they'd be right over with a new one. Before I knew it there was another knock at the door. I opened it and there was Tanner waiting to make sure I had received my new sandwich! My belly is now full and happy!

Order at 12:30 am was not delivered until 1:52 pm?! Missing several ingredients, this place WAS good, but now they are not care and rude! If you cannot deliver, I will order by Uber! Let your customers know if you cannot fulfill an order so that they do not miss their lunch at work! Also reward system is a scam, never earn something after sooooo many orders. I'm going for Subs locally, spending money elsewhere!

I loved this place, but the last few times I ordered, my sandwiches were very sloppy. I also had a terrible rash and broke out in itchy bees. There is a problem with CROSS CONTAMINATION running because I ALLERGIC TO AVOCADOS and there was no on my sandwich but my whole face broke out as if I had eaten avocados. I have orders from there a few more times just think that it was somehow just bad luck, but apparently there are cross-contamination on so please be very cautious if you are allergic as it could be dangerous for your reactions. I miss Jimmy John's as it was my favorite sandwich spot...

Terrible service recently. Never used to be so; they were always fast and polite. The research site has changed dramatically.
