Jack Allen's Kitchen Oak Hill - Austin

Love to eat in this restaurant! The margaritas are delicious and also the food. We had the Tejana enchiladas and buttermilk roasted chicken salad...both were delicious. Good service, large terrace, lush green view from the restaurant, a great lunch place!

The food was excellent and the service was good. There is a wide variety of comfort food options, from burgers to steaks. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken and my wife had the hamburger. Both dishes were delicious and we would definitely dine at this restaurant again.

I was highly recommended this restaurant by the staff at my eloped wedding location in Austin. After my wedding, my husband and I had an early dinner here and we were extremely impressed. The staff was fantastic, especially our server who went above and beyond. The food exceeded all of our expectations - the blonde cake was to die for and my husband loved it. The black cherry Mojitos were also amazing. Our entire party of 8 had a wonderful meal and we are thankful for the special experience and great service. We will definitely be back next time we are in Austin from Plano, TX.

Went there to grab a quick bite for lunch, they offer creative American classic plates like Pesto-marinated Crab stuffed chicken, Baja style fish tacos, Burgers, salads, etc. I asked Madison, my server, for a suggestion and she pointed me towards the Chorizo Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Medallions and what a great suggestion… the amount of food was perfect, flavor was amazing, and service was great! Food came out pretty quick as well, highly recommend it if you want to eat good comfort food.
