Interst... read more Interstellar’s BBQ is phenomenal. I did a BBQ tour while in Austin and I tried several well known venues like Valentina’s, Terry Black’s and Micklewait. Interstellar’s BBQ is on par with them! I found that Interstellar’s sides were better, from the coleslaw, smoked scalloped potatoes to the pickles and pickled red onion.
