Bad service, short staffe, cold food, hour wait at table just to get the order, overall I would definitely prefer going to some places else. pretty place but would not recommend

Don’t even try to order curbside here. My order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 11. I drove 15 min to get here and then waited a few before calling about my order. They then told me it would only be a few minutes, but I ended up waiting 20 more min. When I called whoever answered was not very polite. Once I told them I was picking up curbside he says “well we’re busy. It will be out” and quickly hung up. The whole point of me ordering way ahead and curbside was for the easy convenience due to me having my newborn son with me. The food was also cold once I ended up getting it.The food was absolute garbage.

This was pretty awful. The service was so slow and bad. We were told we couldn’t modify almost anything because “the tablet won’t let me.” Fix the Tablets. It also took almost an hour to get our food when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The waiter decided to take mine and my husbands sides and stick them on the same plate. Then when I asked for it to be on a different plate, the waiter proceeded to never come back until it was time to pay. Cut your losses and go to Kirby Lane. The food and service are way better.

Came in and their was no one at the hostess table. Waited 10 minutes while the hostess was cleaning tables and looking back at us a couple times, then finally sat us. Didn't ask us what we would like to drink, only a smirk on her face and sat us down. Waited 5 more minutes before the hostess told us the waitress will come soon. Finally ordered. Food came ok, but Ihop is known for it's pancakes, right? Well they were flat, not fluffy, dryish and they served on a plate I could not cut on, no space to eat. So had to wait to get waitress to bring a larger plate to eat on. By this time pancakes were cold. Well, my omelette was really good considering. The sausage was super skinning, but eggs were fine. Won't be coming here for pancakes again soon. The atmosphere was not happy. The workers seemed unorganized.
