Description
A lively coffee bar by the children’s museum mixes dependable espresso with an eclectic social calendar — think tango nights, free dance lessons and art on the walls. Seating is abundant and bright, making it good for groups or studying, though unreliable Wi‑Fi, inconsistent latte quality and slow, mediocre food dampen the experience. Staff are efficient if not effusively friendly, and the venue pulses with energy on event nights despite occasional quiet, under‑maintained moments. Great for coffee, drinks and dancing; skip it if you’re after a flawless meal or steady internet.

This coffee shop bar has a magical property it turns into a tango venue on Monday nights! The atmosphere is very nice, and it feels like the air is crackling with electricity Anything could happen. When you look through the windows from the outside, on the patio you can hear tango music and see couples dancing, and then when you go inside, you can grab a glass of wine or a coffee, and join in the dancing. They even have free lessons for beginners. Across the street, there's a nifty giant sea dragon statue, and a lake.
I struggled to find a clean table inside, so I had to use my own travel sanitizer wipes before I could sit down. The staff appeared somewhat disorganized, aimlessly moving around with orders without knowing where they were meant to go. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and my husband opted for the breakfast skillet. I wouldn’t recommend ordering food or drinks here, as everything was below average and the portions were quite small. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
This place feels like it was brand new recently, and then just did not have good upkeep, and has a bit of an empty, dead atmosphere to it. I saw lots of complaints about the staff, but I think they do a fine job of serving the customers, they're just not going to give you a fake smile and talk to you in a customer-voice. The coffee is typically good, but I would say maybe one out of three visits you get a cup that's not as great quality. I would say about 4/5 stars, but I had to take off another one since they took away Zoltan.
Friendly staff and cool little coffee place. The coffee and service was good and there is plenty of seating . Great location and decent prices. Overall I’d stop by again if I was in the area.Food: 4/5
I visited this afternoon to grab some coffee and study a bit. The atmosphere is nice, providing plenty of lighting, and there are large tables and booths available. However, I only gave it 3 stars because the staff wasn't very friendly, and the Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable, which made it difficult to get my work done.
