The service and food were both excellent, es... read more Gebby's recently catered my daughter's wedding for 135 guests at Rambling Rose Ranch, and everything was fantastic! The service and food were both excellent, especially my favorite dish: the brisket mac and cheese. Elizabeth and I stayed in touch every year from 2019 until the wedding in April 2022, due to COVID-related postponements. Everything turned out perfectly, and I even enjoyed the leftovers! As a California girl, I highly recommend Gebby's BBQ—it was truly the best!

The food was excellent, but the bri... read more Gebby’s recently catered a family wedding, and they did an amazing job! Their staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was excellent, but the brisket was the highlight for me — it was absolutely delicious! I usually don’t get excited about brisket, but this one was so moist, tender, and flavorful that I can’t stop thinking about it. I can’t wait to have it again. Although everything else also tasted great, I can’t provide much detail because once I tried the brisket, it became my main focus, and I couldn't get enough of it. Our family was thoroughly pleased with Gebby’s service, and we will definitely consider them for future events!

My friends and family a... read more I cannot speak highly enough about Gebby 's catering! I hired Gebby 's food truck for my wedding and they absolutely did not disappoint. My friends and family all raved about their BBQ and thought the food truck really added to the 'Austin experience ' (none of us are from Austin). Elizabeth, the head of catering, was extremely attentive, timely, and so very sweet. Chris, the owner, reached out himself about the truck set-up. Seeing as how my venue was at a rented Airbnb in Leander, Chris came a day early to set up the food truck, making sure everything would be ready on time (traffic). Chris and another Gebby 's employee did an amazing job with presentation and stayed until everyone had a chance for seconds. I have gotten so many compliments for using Gebby 's. I highly recommend them. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so perfect!
