What Aleigha Droughn doesn't like about Garbo's:
I was excited to try the food since I love seafood. It is a bit pricey for some of the stuff, I got an appetizer of lobster mozzarella which was 15$ but only got four pieces but not bad since it is lobster. I Got lemonade in a small 8oz cup and was told no refills, so in my opinion do not get since it was 6$. Their oysters, lobster roll, and key lime pie were outstanding, and the New England clam chowder was absolutely perfect as well.
This is a wonderful restaurant with comforting food and excellent service from the staff.
Their lobster grill cheese tomato basil soup are the best!
Great drink selections, the lobster Mac and cheese/ lobster mozzarella balls/ crab cakes are amazing! The staff is great and the place is clean and spacious (outdoor seating available, even with heaters). I highly recommend coming here!
Some of the best food in Austin. Fish and chips are yummie. The brussel sprouts are fantastic. As a child I hated them but these I ate them all and wanted more. I could taste soy sauce but there were many more flavors. The place hasn't changed much from when it was four owners ago, so while the atmosphere is not Topps it's by no means shabby.
