My portobello mushroom wrap was delicious with fresh ingredients and a creamy sauce; I even saved the second half for leftovers and grilled it for the next days lunch. My uncle enjoyed his burger, and we all enjoyed the sweet potato fries, they have really good fries. Unfortunately my aunt and boyfriend did not enjoy their Buddha bowls, the vegetables were steamed with little seasoning, and the dressing didn’t add any life to it. It was a mixed bag. Vegetarian options: My mushroom wrap was very juicy and flavorful, unfortunately my family’s Buddha bowls were lackluster.

The menu is l... read more I've eaten at and gotten take out from Galaxy Cafe. I always hope it will be better than the last time I ate their food. Sadly, it never improves. The menu is limited, with many of the dishes being very similar. The food itself is bland. Amazingly, it gaveme stomach problems the next day! Added to that is the variable courtesy of the wait staff. The last time I went there, theperson behind the counter was inattentive, distracted (engrossed with his cell phone), dismissive and somewhat hostile. I won'tbe patronizing this establishment henceforth.

One of the lightest and fluffiest pancakes ever. The salsa for the migas was also a treat. I would gladly goagain.
