Feedback
The Americano was excellent, but unfortunately, the barista had an attitude that wasn't friendly or helpful.
Three stars are really just for the location. Staff is consistently off put by kids, prices keep creeping up, and the flaking rusted metal tables aren't chic, they're dangerous and stain your clothes/bags. No response from management on multiple issues. Glad it's not Starbucks, but it's success is due to its location, nothing more.
This is a wonderful spot for families! The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, making it a great place to bring your kids. Many of the staff are parents themselves, which adds to the friendly vibe. While dogs aren't allowed inside (with the exception of service animals), the patio is fantastic and is pet-friendly. The place has a unique 90s coffee shop ambiance and serves high-quality specialty coffee, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. The company is actively engaged with the local community and schools. My children attended Doss and Murchison and grew up loving Epoch. I'm so glad to have them in the Far West neighborhood!
This is one of my favorite coffee shops in town. I do wish this location served single-origin espresso shots like the Anderson location, but the coffee is always excellent here, and it remains a fantastic place to visit.
Been coming here fairly regularly for a few years now, big fan of this location. Friendly baristas, consistently good coffee, a mix of cozy and functional places to sit, and some good bakery and tamale options if you're hungry. Can get busy on the weekends, but not a problem to find a seat most weekdays.
