When I finally got someone's a... read more The restaurant lacked proper customer service. Despite standing at the podium, two employees ignored the customers waiting there. When I finally got someone's attention, a young employee slammed the seating chart down and acted as if our presence was a bother. He informed us of a wait time of about an hour and walked away without making eye contact. It would have been nice for the staff to at least acknowledge the customers who come in wanting to spend money at the establishment.

To top it off, they served my shake in a Coke cup with hot water, wasting an hour of my time. When I mentioned that food should come every ten minutes, they seemed to find it amusing and delayed their response. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, no matter the location. Only disrespectful individuals engage in this type of behavior.

Sen... read more The single worst Denny’s trip ever. Served by Mel. Ignored for ages. Slow service. Room half an hour to get a refill of coffee. Eggs came out and were cold. Sent back came out over cooked and had green bits in. Didn’t even complain just wanted to leave as she took so long with everything. I love Denny’s. I hate this one.
