Nestled in the vibrant Mueller area, a cute vegan food truck offers an intriguing yet uneven culinary experience. While patrons rave about the flavorful BBQ tofu and chickpea burritos, others find certain dishes, like the seitan and chimichurri wraps, lacking in substance and execution. The venue is praised for its fresh ingredients and thoughtful vegan options, but inconsistent preparation leaves some guests unsatisfied. With friendly staff and a commitment to veganism, this eatery has potential. However, better engagement with the community and a focus on food consistency could elevate it from just a casual stop to a must-visit destination.

I had a delightful smoothie that had the perfect level of sweetness. The staff was extremely friendly as well!

The food is excellent, but I've noticed that the wraps tend to come apart quite easily. I'm not sure if it's because they're not wrapped properly or if that's just part of the experience (I can be a bit messy, after all). I also sympathize with the staff in the food truck, as it must be really hot working in that environment. If you're visiting and didn't leave a good tip, I highly suggest you rethink that decision. It's important to show appreciation for these amazing people!

I decided to focus on healthier meals and visited the restaurant after a training session when I was extremely hungry and had to convince myself not to get tacos. I ordered a hot pack with Cajun tofu, and it turned out to be incredibly delicious, like the most satisfying burrito! I didn't feel like I was compromising on taste at all; it was truly delightful.

I highly recommend this restaurant! They serve huge burritos with excellent vegan options, and they're not greasy at all! I've visited both locations and have had a consistently great experience every time.

I'm looking to add more plant-based meals to my diet, so after my workout, I chose to visit this restaurant when I was quite hungry. I almost convinced myself to order tacos, but ultimately, I went for a hot wrap with Cajun tofu instead. It turned out to be incredibly satisfying—almost like a tasty burrito! I didn't feel like I was missing anything; it was simply delightful!
