The staff is exceptio... read more I absolutely love Colleen! It’s a relatively new spot, but I’ve already visited several times, and it’s just what the Mueller area needed. The staff is exceptional; every server I've encountered has been incredibly friendly, fun, and helpful. The atmosphere is fantastic—it's modern yet has a charming vintage vibe that creates a wonderful ambiance. I’m really looking forward to enjoying their beautiful terrace when the weather is nice! The cocktails are all amazing, and the food (especially during happy hour!) will definitely bring me back regularly. Some of my favorites so far include the pimento cheese, redfish, biscuits (with that delicious tomato jam), fried chicken, and cheese curds. I can’t wait to try items from their lunch and brunch menus!

The servers are helpful, friendly, and strike the perfect balance in checking in on you without being overwhelming. The cocktail menu is fantastic! The food is excellent, and they also offer a great children's menu. I can't wait to return to enjoy the terrace, sip champagne, and indulge in a well-curated cheese plate.

We tried the Austin Camp cocktail from Twisted Brewing Company and the Heavens to Betsy gin cocktail, and both were refreshingly delicious! The food was outstanding—10/10 for taste, presentation, ambience, and service. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking great southern cuisine on their next trip or celebration! Just remember to make a reservation.
