Anytime someone wants Indian food in Austin I always recommend this place. the food is delicious, and you get alot for your money. The staff is always friendly and super nice.The menu is written out describing every single dish right when you order and you just pick and choose.

They have parathas, rotis, 2 subji... read more This place has great traditional Indian food. It goes beyond the saag paneer and naan that you see at all Indian restaurants. They have parathas, rotis, 2 subji dishes and two dahl soups everyday. They have a Chaat night where they have pani puri, kasta kachori etc. If you would like to have something different and tasty, give it a try. Then you can stop by Gandhi Bazaar next door. I have never seen any meat products in there as I believe the owner is vegetarian too. It would be great if there was a location in South Austin because I'd frequent it more often.
